MB Inventory Website Documentation
This folder contains end-user and operator docs for the MB Inventory website.
Quick Start
1.
Open the app and use Home plus the bottom tabs to move between modules.
2.
Create and maintain master data first:

•
Home: High-level entry screen with workflow shortcuts and admin/setup access.
•
Inventory: Current stock and inventory movements.
•
Totals: Aggregate inventory values and counts.
•
Shipments: Build, load, send, and receive transfers.
•
Admin & Setup from Home:
•
Items: Product and box definitions.
•
Warehouse: Warehouse setup and bay grid management.

Data and Workflow Order
Recommended order for a new environment:
1.
Configure warehouses and bays.
2.
Configure items and box counts.
3.
Seed or enter initial inventory.
4.
Create shipments.
5.
Run load sheet checks.
6.
Send shipments.
7.
Receive shipments.
Notes
•
Some actions are gated by workflow state. For example, shipment send/receive requires checklist completion.
•
Validation errors are shown inline in each module.
•
API errors can surface when data is incomplete or out of sync.
